- Q. What are the check-in / check-out times?
- A. Check-in is from 15:00–19:00, and check-out is by 8:00–11:00.
- Q. What payment methods are accepted?
- A. Accommodation fees are collected via advance payment. The accommodation tax is paid on-site, where cash and credit card payments are accepted.
- Q. Is there an accommodation tax?
- A. The accommodation tax is collected at check-in. Per Hakuba Village ordinance, the following tax applies per person per night (before tax): ¥6,000–under ¥20,000: ¥200 ¥20,000–under ¥50,000: ¥400 ¥50,000–under ¥100,000: ¥900
- Q. When do cancellation fees apply?
- A. Cancellation fees vary depending on the season and the booking site used. Please check your reservation confirmation email or the website where you booked. If your arrival becomes difficult due to a natural disaster or suspended transport services, please contact us as early as possible.
- Q. Are there charges for children?
- A. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge when sharing bedding with an adult and not using their own. If separate bedding is required, the same rate as an adult applies. Please let us know the number of guests when booking.
- Q. How many guests can stay?
- A. Maximum capacity is 5 guests.
- Q. Is there parking available?
- A. We provide parking space for 1 vehicle per unit (up to 2 vehicles).
- Q. Can meals be added?
- A. Meals can be added as an option. Please book a plan that includes meals, or reserve via Instagram. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, so you are also welcome to bring your own ingredients and cook. For information on nearby restaurants and the surrounding area, please feel free to ask us.
- Q. Are pets allowed?
- A. We regret that pets are not permitted.
- Q. Is smoking allowed?
- A. The entire building is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor area.
- Q. Are kitchen utensils and seasonings provided?
- A. The following kitchen equipment and supplies are provided. Appliances: refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, IH cooktop Cookware: frying pan and pot set, knife, cutting board, colander, bowl, kitchen scissors, peeler and other basics Tableware: large and deep plates, rice bowls, glasses, cutlery set, chopsticks Seasonings & consumables: salt, pepper (pepper mill), plastic wrap, aluminium foil, kitchen paper, dish soap
